Kallpa Generacion delivered the I-REC certification to Poderosa for operating with 100% renewable energy in 2024, generated by the Cerro del Águila Hydroelectric Power Plant, located in Huancavelica.
Throughout that year, Poderosa’s operations were entirely supplied with clean electricity from the Cerro del Águila Hydroelectric Power Plant, located in Huancavelica and operated by Kallpa Generación. This plant primarily uses hydraulic resources, ensuring a sustainable, reliable, and continuous supply.
The delivery of the certificate reaffirms Kallpa’s commitment to the sustainable development of the country and its support for clients who invest in responsible energy models aligned with international sustainability standards.
