The capacity of our Sunny Solar PV Plant increases to 345 MW
The Committee for the Economic Operation of the National Interconnected System (COES) authorized the start of commercial operations for Sunny Expansión as of 00:00 on April 3, 2026.
Last October, our Sunny Solar Photovoltaic Plant began commercial operations, and as of this date, together with Sunny Expansión, its capacity increases to 345 MW.
The completion of this major project allows us to continue generating safe, efficient, and competitive energy, aligned with the country’s needs and market signals, reaffirming Kallpa’s leadership as Peru’s leading electricity generator.
