At Kallpa Generación, we believe that talent has no frontiers. This principle was made evident with Jhoel and Cris’s outstanding participation, two young children from Huancavelica, who stood out in “The Electricity Route” program, organized by the National Mining, Petroleum, and Energy Society.
Thanks to their effort and compromise, Jhoel and Cris had the opportunity to travel to Lima, where they lived an unforgettable experience. During their visit, they not only visited our offices and our operations control center, but they participated in activities that allowed them to explore new opportunities and reinforce their vision of the future.
