At Kallpa Generación, we believe that talent has no borders. This principle became evident with the outstanding participation of Jhoel and Chris, two young people from Huancavelica, who shined in the program "La Ruta de la Electricidad", organized by the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy.
Thanks to their effort and commitment, Jhoel and Chris had the opportunity to travel to Lima, where they had unforgettable experiences. During their visit, they not only toured our offices and control center, but also participated in activities that allowed them to explore new opportunities and reinforce their vision for the future.
