More than 200 residents of San Camilo received free medical care through the health campaign.
Under the slogan “Together for the health of San Camilo’s population,” Kallpa Generación, in collaboration with Grupo Enhol, carried out a comprehensive health campaign benefiting over 200 people, which include: children, the youth, and the elderly, from the district of San Camilo, in the province of Arequipa.
This initiative is part of the companies’ ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life in communities near their photovoltaic energy projects, by promoting access to essential medical services. The campaign was organized in coordination with the San Camilo 06 Health Center, which offers basic care, making this activity a valuable opportunity to expand medical attention and strengthen disease prevention efforts in the area.
During the campaign, consultations were provided in several medical specialties: dermatology, gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, rheumatology, cardiology, and ultrasound. This collaborative effort benefited more than 200 people, including children, elderly adults, and residents in vulnerable situations.
Luis Albuquerque, Social Management Manager at Kallpa Generación, emphasized: “Health is a key pillar of our social management, and we are committed to contributing to the well-being and improved quality of life of the people of San Camilo.”
In addition, the company delivered a complete set of medical equipment and instruments to improve patient care and strengthen the work of healthcare personnel. The donation included otoscopes, digital blood pressure monitors, pediatric stethoscopes, nebulizers, oximeters, clinical lamps, fetal detectors, and other tools that will enhance the services provided by the health center and benefit hundreds of families in the area.
